BOATS TO BE DISPLAYED ON THE HARD

 Arrival time: exhibitors can set up their boats from 7am onwards on the Saturday morning of the rally. If possible all boats should arrive before 9.30am

 -Unloading/entry:  To unload or wheel in your boat, look for the Witches Hats between Mud Bar and Levee Food Company. Event marshals will be on hand to direct and assist you.

 – Sign in: Exhibitors must sign in at the event information tent & gather exhibitor kit on arrival

Insurance:  All exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their vessel is covered by a current insurance policy

Displays: please bring & display your own boat info/history/picture boards etc. These must be secured (windy conditions) & not create a trip hazard

Parking: Vehicles can be parked in any of the Seaport precinct car parks. (normal fees apply)

Directions:

Toilets;  are available at all seaport restaurants

Event Registration;  at the event information tent

Food coffee etc;  can be purchased from all seaport restaurants

Overnight security: security personnel will patrol the event site from 8pm Saturday till 7am on Sunday. If you are concerned about the security of any of smaller items during this period, we suggest that you remove them overnight.


 

BOATS MOORING ON WATER/AT THE DOCK

 Arrival time: exhibitors can moor their boats from Friday afternoon onwards on the weekend of the rally. Large vessels are advised to dock at high slack water. If possible all moored boats should arrive before 9.30am on Saturday.

Sign in: Exhibitors must sign in at the event information tent & gather exhibitor kit on arrival

Insurance:  All exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their vessel is covered by a current insurance policy

Displays: please bring & display your own boat info/history/picture boards etc. These must be secured (windy conditions) & not create a trip hazard

Mooring equipment: all exhibitors must bring; two bulky fenders (as a minimum), 2 x mooring ropes, 1 x spring line.

Launching ramp: trailer boats can be launched at the Tailrace Park boat ramp at Riverside or the Royal Park boat ramp (Park Street). Note: Royal Park ramp is muddy and quite flat… not suitable for launching larger boats. View ‘Getting There’ for maps.

Parking: Vehicles can be parked in any of the Seaport precinct car parks. (normal fees apply)

Showers;  are not generally available. Exhibitors who wish to arrange shower access should contact callum(below). Note marina fees apply

Marina facilities/rules:

-Contact the Marina manager to arrange  power & water,

-Unless you have a holding tank please do not use onboard showers or heads whilst in marina.

-Bring your own garbage bags for rubbish disposal

-This is a residential area, keep noise to a minimum at all times
